Payment Terms:
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking.
The balance is fo the booking total is required 7 days before check-in or immediately if the booking date is less than 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation Terms:
A refund applies (less transaction fees of 1.5%) if cancelled more than 5 days before check-in.
A cancellation fee of 20% (deposit) will be charged if cancellation occurs within 1 to 5 days prior to check-in.
A cancellation fee of 20% (deposit) and the first night's accommodation (less cleaning fees) will be charged if cancellation occurs on check-in day.
